(C) Grip’s inside dia is 26mm,the steel ring’s inside dia has two size with 22.5mm and 25.8mm, rear part locating ring inside dia is 22.5mm, the different steel ring and the rear part locating ring may be suitable for the outer dia from 19 to 26mm metallic pipe
(D) Grip’s main length is 125mm, outside dia is 35mm
(E) When the ambient temperature is 5 degrees, the grip’s surface temperature is highest amounts to 75 degrees
(F) Overvoltage protection, when the voltage rises from 15V to 20V the power reduces gradually, when the voltage surpasses 25V, power source protection is automatically shut-off

2 Level Temperature Motorcycle Heated Grips Caution

(A) there are dia 23mm and 25mm in accelerograph parts and the steel ring, please use the part based on your need.
(B) The right grip must along oil discharge direction revolving, only then allow loading in the accelerator module, otherwise refuels the angle to be small, the vehicle speed is limited.
(C) The traditional grip refuels with the oil discharge limit is depends on the accelerator to protrude the organization control, but this grip is depends on the handle’s lead wire installment structure to control the accelerator the slewing area, has nothing to do with the accelerator shape, therefore this grip applicable scope is broader.
(D) Installs when shuts off the left grip’s power switch, forbid strictly on the grip plug and outlet short circuit meeting, otherwise burns out.
(E) Adjusts the left grip on temperature knob, if indicating lamp brightness change for stepless accent warm, does not change for keeps off the position.
(F) Cannot surpass 12----15 volt voltage uses, also must be the direct current. The alternating current cannot move warm! Positive and negative installs extremely instead can move warm, the indicating lamp is not bright.
(G) The left grip’s red plug connect with the positive electrode, the black plug connect with the cathode
(H) Cannot meet the battery both sides directly, otherwise when forgets to turn off the grip to exhaust the electrical energy, but will not be able to damage the battery, recharges the battery to restore the vigor

Heated Grips Instuctions (2 Level Temperature Motorcycle Heated Grips)

1. This electical equipment should be fitted by someone experienced in motorcycle electrical systems.

3. Whilst fitting the HEATED GRIPS it is advisable to remove the positive connection on the battery to avoid any accidental short circuits.

4. It is advisable not to connect the HEATED GRIPS directly to the battery as forgetting to switch them off when the motorcycle is not ----in use will result in flattened battery and instead to connect them to the power feed after the ignition switch.

5. The grips with the control switch should be fitted to the left side handlebar and the other to the right over the throttle pipe if not using the included modified throttle pipe. The Allen screw on the left and the phillips screw on the right should be tightened to secure the in the required position, checking the free operation of the throttle mechanism

6. The gree wire should be connected to a positive voltage supply and the black wire should be connected to an earth or a circuit connecting to the negative battery terminal.

7. The two grips should then be connected together using the two 2 pin Molex connectors.

8. Ensure the wiring is routed safely and does not interfere with the free running of many other cables and does not hinder nor foul the steering system at any position between left lock and right lock.
